The Subbética Cordobesa is an area recognized internationally for producing the best olive oil in the world, where our oil is made according to the most traditional methods, with the care that this juice requires to maintain its excellent culinary and nutritional conditions, and make this oil something unique.

When the month of October arrives, we already have selected the olives that will shape our best juices. Early harvest, immediate grinding and cold extraction are key to preserving the quality of the final product.

The cold extraction process is carried out using mechanical procedures and below 22ºC, with the aim of altering the original flavor and properties of the olive as little as possible and thus obtaining first-extraction Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). that preserves intact all its properties, vitamins and highly beneficial fatty acids for the body.

In the heart of Andalusia, at the foot of the Sierras Subbéticas, it is historically linked to the most traditional cultivation of the olive grove.

It stands out for the geographical environment in which it is located. Located at an approximate altitude of 652 meters above sea level, it has very fertile lands that are conducive to growing olive trees. A harmonious landscape that generates an imposing sea of ​​olive trees that comes from the time of Roman domination where the cultivation of the olive grove experienced a great territorial expansion throughout Andalusia.
