2.1. Form of Payment
Payment of the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs associated with them, which will appear on the screen, can be made through Redsýs !

SOSO FACTORY reserves the right to request from any User who has made a purchase, to justify the payment for the same and / or to identify himself by providing by telematic means (fax, e-mail or similar) a document that Identify as buyer and that you can include the delivery address (ID, Passport, Resident Card, Registration Certificate, etc.).

2.2. Shipping costs
The shipping costs of the purchased objects will be paid by the Buyer unless otherwise indicated.
Likewise, the shipping costs to the User’s home of the products will appear on the screen, which will be variable depending on the place of destination (inside or outside of Spain).
SOSO FACTORY ships abroad. Purchases made by residents of countries belonging to the European Union will be subject to VAT. In purchases destined to countries not belonging to the European Economic Community, SOSO FACTORY will not be responsible for the taxes of each country, duties or shipping charges.

2.3. Customs fees and duties
International shipping costs do not include import costs (tariffs), which will be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
The amount of these fees depends on the regulations in force in each country or territory of destination. SOSO FACTORY cannot inform you about the exact amount of these fees and it is up to the customer to inform himself about them as well as about the specific formalities related to imports in the country of destination.

2.4. Tips for delivery
In order to ensure international delivery in the shortest possible time, it is necessary to indicate, in the order, the name and telephone number of the recipient.

Changes and returns of products purchased at SOSO FACTORY will be subject only to the following principles:
– In no case will returns of bulk or food products received by the customer be accepted.
– No change or return of food items will be accepted, as well as all those items sold in bulk, except in case of poor condition of the product or its expiration.
